(1) Big Bear will give away a brand new 2011 ARCTIC CAT 450 ATV from Arctic Cat Mountain sports. The contesting period is September 3, 2012 through October 12, 2012 at 9:00 pm.
(2) To enter the Big Bear Sports Center ATV Giveaway contest you need to …
- Register at Big Bear Sports Center 121 North West Bypass.
- You may enter one time daily during normal store hours. Only official registration entry slips will be accepted and no mechanical or reproduced entries will be allowed.
- Entries must be deposited in the drawing box prior to 9:00 pm October 12, 2012.
- The winner will be determined by random drawing on October 12th during a live remote broadcast during Big Bear Sports Centers four-hour sale.
- You must be present to win.
- Grand prize winner eligibility is non-transferable and positive proof of identification is required.
- The grand prize winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.
- Winner agrees to pay all local state and federal taxes and applicable license fees.
(3) The prize will be awarded within 5 days of being won and may not be redeemed for cash.
(4) Must be 16 years or older with a valid driver’s license to enter.
(5) Employees of (or persons whose families are employed by) STARadio Corp, KRTV, Arrowhead Marketing, Big Bear Sports Center, Arctic Cat Mountain Sports, any area radio television stations, Newspapers or participating sponsors are not eligible to participate in this contest.
(6) Elimination of any contestant will occur immediately after failure to comply with any one or more of the contest rules.
(7) All Federal, State and Local laws apply. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER TO NOTIFY I.R.S. OF THEIR WINNINGS. WINNER WILL BE PROVIDED A W-9 AND A YEAR END 1099 WILL BE ISSUED.
(8) Winner(s) must sign a release form consenting to the use of their name, voice, likeness and basic personal information for promotional purposes by media selected by STARadio Corp.
(9) Winner(s) also agree in writing, to hold STARadio Corp, KRTV, Big Bear Sports Center, Arctic Cat Mountain Sports, Arrowhead Marketing or participating sponsors and advertisers, their officers, agents, affiliates, successors, assignees and contractors harmless against any and all claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from participating in this contest.
